Touchy Tags Announces Charity Partnership Finalists

Touchy Tags announces five children's charity partnership contest finalists, public voting to decide the winner begins immediately at http://touchytags.com/default.aspx

Touchy Tags™, a new company making stylish tags for baby strollers that help stop the spread of germs, announces the five finalists for its first annual online Children's Charity Partnership Competition. The finalists are Triangle Spokes Group, Christopher's Haven, Dravet Syndrome Foundation, Kilian's Kids and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Triangle.

The public will vote on the Touchy Tags website to decide the winner, which will receive five percent of Touchy Tags profits from 2011. Voting begins immediately at http://touchytags.com/, one vote per valid email address per day, ending Monday, November 15 at noon ET. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, November 16.

Triangle Spokes Group raises money to give away bikes so children can learn respect, exercise and communication through fair play on two wheels. www.trianglespokesgroup.com

Christopher's Haven provides housing for families whose children receive cancer treatments at Boston's Massachusetts General Hospital. www.ChristophersHaven.org

Dravet Syndrome Foundation raises research money for a rare and catastrophic form of epilepsy for which there is currently no cure. www.dravetfoundation.org

Kilian's Kids raises money to donate laptop computers and iPods to sick children so they can stay connected to the outside world while undergoing long hospital stays or treatments requiring isolation. www.kilianskids.com

Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Triangle establishes long-term mentoring relationships with at-risk children, who are then more likely to stay in school and avoid illegal drugs and alcohol and other negative behaviors. www.bbbstriangle.org
