Torrey Pines Court and Kilroy Santa Fe Summit Honored By BOMA As Regional TOBY Award Winners
Online, May 23, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Torrey Pines Court (Under 100,000 Square Feet Category) and Kilroy Santa Fe Summit (Corporate Facility Category) are Pacific Southwest regional winners of "The Outstanding Building of the Year" (TOBY) presented by the San Diego Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA San Diego).
The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive award of their kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management. The regional TOBY winners from San Diego were honored on the Pacific Southwest Regional level for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type. The properties will now advance to the International TOBY Awards competition which will be held in Seattle in June.

The complex is state-of-the-art with a 2-story main lobby and an accompanying 4-story parking structure to the east of the buildings that allows for ample parking.
