Tony Susa, Ph.D. Joins Contemporary Leadership Advisors to Lead Growing Life Sciences Practice

Tony brings over two decades of experience working with senior leaders at Fortune 500 and Private Equity portfolio companies. With the addition of Tony, CLA now has experience working with over half of the world’s top-20 biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. As CLA continues its growth in the Life Sciences industry, Tony’s expertise and leadership will enable more executives and teams in this critical industry to realize their full potential. Tony holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from the University of Nebraska and an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Alabama.

Tony joins CLA after working as a Senior Director at Ferguson Partners in Chicago. Previously, he held senior positions with YSC Consultants, Right Management, American List Counsel, and Applied Underwriters.
