Ron Mark, President of the futures broker, announced the appointment. The PRICE Futures Group, originally founded in 1988 by Walter T. Price III as an agricultural hedging firm dealing in livestock and grains, continues to proliferate its focus on commodity hedging, risk management, and quantitative research to exceed the needs of its clientèle.
Mr. Rohrs comes to The PRICE Futures Group with extensive experience in hedging grain production, having managed his family’s farm since the early 1990’s. Rohrs Brothers farm is currently one of the largest farming operations in Ohio. He is experienced within all aspects of the agricultural production business including specific expertise in hedging strategies and risk management.

Mr. Rohrs also brings extensive experience in designing risk management systems. Over the years he has developed futures and options hedging management platforms including Hedge Calc™, a proprietary margin management software application.
Mr. Rohrs works one on one with clients to develop plans and strategies specific to each operation. He is also an independent futures trader and actively networks with money managers and CTA’s (Commodity Trading Advisors) to develop his own trading methods.
Mr. Rohrs resides in Northwest Ohio with his wife and two daughters.
