TipRanks uses cutting edge machine learning to track and measure different types of experts, including Sell-Side Analysts, Financial Bloggers, Hedge Fund Managers and more. The Top 25 lists are extracted from a database of over 55,000 experts and TipRanks measures them by their ability to generate excess returns year after year.
