This Works Launches in Selfridges London
Online, April 9, 2010 (Newswire.com) - This Works, an award winning luxury Aromatherapy bath, body and skincare line launched in Selfridges London on Thursday 1 April 2010.
This Works is also carried by Harvey Nichols, John Lewis and Peter Jones and is a firm celebrity favourite.
This Works is concerned with maintaining a balance between natural ingredients as well as producing an excellent luxury range of skin care products.
This award-winning brand and was recently awarded another award. Their popular hand cream, Perfect Hands, was named winner of the best hand cream by Woman & Home Best Beauty Buys 2010. It was announced in the April 2010 issue. This prestigious accolade has also been awarded to brands such as Dior, Clarins and Clinique. Woman & Home describe 'perfect hands' as "a lovely hand cream that absorbs fast".
The name "this works" was coined because that is what testers constantly said of the products.
Kathy Phillips, creator of the brand, decided there was a gap in the market "Because I believed that there would be people like me who could appreciate real quality and value for money in a product that performed as well as being both well designed and modern. The parallels are in things like buying the best bottle of wine or olive oil- there is always a market for the real deal," she says.
