The Zamir Group Ranks #1 in Sales for Entire NJMLS for Second Straight Year
FAIR LAWN, N.J., January 16, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The Zamir Group of Keller Williams Town Life achieved a record-breaking 2017, finishing first in sales for the entire NJMLS for the second straight year. The group, founded by Broker Associate Zohar “Zack” Zamir finished the year with over $82 million dollars in closed business, spread over 149 transactions.
The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) is a cooperative information network of Real Estate Offices founded over 35 years ago, that provides centralized listings for properties throughout Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Hudson Counties and beyond. The NJMLS counts nearly 9,000 licensed real estate agents and brokers in its membership, and the Zamir Group’s latest achievement sees it topping that long list for two consecutive calendar years.

As the top selling NJMLS agents, Zohar and the Zamir Group have closed over $160 million dollars in just 24 months, or nearly a quarter million dollars a day. During this time the group has experienced substantial growth, doubling the size of its membership (which now includes 13 full-time agents and administrators) as well as expanding from its original location in Tenafly to new offices in Fair Lawn and Hoboken.
