The Vampire Diaries TV Show to Feature Anders Manga Song, Glamour' on CW Network November 1st
Online, October 22, 2012 (Newswire.com) - 'Glamour', a six-year-old song by Charlotte, NC based artist, Anders Manga has been licensed for episode #404 of the hit TV series The Vampire Diaries, which airs November 1st on the CW Network.
'Glamour' appears on his 2006 album, "Left of an All-Time Low" [http://andersmanga.bandcamp.com]. It was recorded and produced by Manga at his home studio in North Carolina.
"When I returned home from Europe recently I had all these messages on my phone and email saying that The Vampire Diaries needed clearance on the track very quickly. It was a pleasant surprise to return home to. The song has been a fan favorite and I'm glad it's going to get some national airplay. It was also nice to learn that the show's music supervisor is a big fan of my music," said Manga.
The Vampire Diaries, a supernatural television drama series developed by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec, is based on the book series of the same name written by L.J. Smith. The series, which began in September 2009 on The CW Television Network, takes place in a fictional Virginia town haunted by supernatural beings.
