The Top EMBA Programs in the US Northeast Revealed in Annual Study

Pace, Columbia Business School and Rutgers University round out the group

Ivy Exec’s fourth annual EMBA rankings reveal top-ranked programs in the U.S. Northeast highlighting notable program strengths in areas like career advancement, global experience and more. MIT Sloan Fellows and Columbia Business School occupy top spots in the 2019 Best Executive MBA Programs – U.S. Northeast rankings. Two hundred twenty-six global EMBA programs were selected in this study of over one million executive members of the Ivy Exec community.

The Top 10 Executive MBA Programs in the U.S. Northeast are:

  1. MIT Sloan Fellows
  2. Columbia Business School Executive MBA, Columbia University
  3. University of Pittsburgh EMBA Worldwide
  4. MIT Executive MBA
  5. Rutgers Executive MBA, Rutgers University
  6. NYU Stern Executive MBA, New York University
  7. Simon Executive MBA, University of Rochester
  8. Yale MBA for Executives
  9. Zicklin EMBA in Healthcare Administration, Baruch College
  10. Fox Executive MBA, Temple University

The rankings are the result of a robust study reflecting accomplished professionals as follows: an impressive 55 percent held 20-plus years of work experience. In the remaining three segments, 22 percent had 15-20 years’ experience, 15 percent had 11-15 and lastly, eight percent had 7-10 years’ professional experience. The study intentionally excluded participants with less than seven years of work experience and entry-level titles. The Executive MBA programs were evaluated based on five key factors identified by the responded pool of accomplished professionals to determine the best EMBA programs in the U.S. Northeast region.

The University of Connecticut Executive MBA and the Stevens Institute of Technology Executive MBA were also selected as distinguished programs with unique strengths in the Northeast.
