NEW JERSEY, May 22, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Attorney Todd Leonard, founding partner of the Todd J. Leonard Law Firm, is proud to announce that he will be hosting New York Jets famed defensive tackle, Marty Lyons. Marty Lyons is one of the few NFL players to spend his entire career with the Jets, and has become one of the most celebrated local athletes. Throughout his career and retirement, Marty has been instrumental in giving back to his community, most notably through the creation of the Marty Lyons Foundation.
The Marty Lyons Foundation was founded in 1982, while Marty was still a defensive tackle for the New York Jets. The Foundation helps to fulfill the wishes of children, ages 3 to 17 who have been diagnosed with terminal or life-threatening illnesses. The Marty Lyons Foundation has 10 chapters in 13 states, including Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. To date, the Foundation has granted close to 8000 wishes, and will even grant second wishes to deserving children.
