As an artist, photographer, graphic designer and fairy enthusiast, she expresses and creates her art with many mediums. "Playing, creating and using your imagination is an important part of life, not just for children, but for people of all ages. I truly feel it's important to enjoy the little things in life, get creative, add a bit of whimsy to your home. I've always been passionate about fairy folk and the mysteries behind fairy folklore and I'm finally creating something from that passion and sharing it with the world. I've always loved the world of miniature and it's why one of my favorite ways to photograph is in macro. Have you ever seen the eye of a butterfly or noticed the reflection on a dew drop sitting on the edge of a flower petal? Even as a child I was fascinated with the thought of miniature people, fairy folk who lived in the woods by my home. I dreamed of one day finding them and building a fantastic house for them to live in. I've carried this passion into my adulthood and have enjoyed keeping a bit of that "dream" alive with my fairy garden elements and gifts. Giving the gift of imagination, I believe in this crazy serious world we live in, it's important to have a bit of fun and the Tiny Garden Treasure collection achieves that.
