Property Manager of The Pavilion on 62nd commented, "This is not an event to miss. We're so thrilled to have many of our upgrades ready to show that we're going all out. Our upgrades include two large pools, making this the only property in the area offering multiple pools, outdoor basketball courts with new equipment, and state of the art fitness facilities with dedicated weight and cardio rooms making it the largest fitness space in our market! Our second clubhouse will house one indoor racquetball court and a yoga/dance studio. In addition, two more beach volleyball courts will be available in mid-April, adding up to three sand volleyball courts.
Two scooter giveaways, tons of swag, and free food are our way of reintroducing ourselves to the University of Florida (http://www.ufl.edu/) and Santa Fe Community College (http://www.sfcollege.edu/) students. We have the best student apartments and amenities for a great price!"
Residents and guests will feast on delicious Low Country Boil and free Tropical Smoothie and background music provided by a local DJ and local radio station, KISS 105.3 (http://www.kiss1053.com/), will broadcast on site. Event attendees will also enjoy participating in TP62 pong and sand and water volleyball.
