The Luzzatto Company, Inc. Hires Asher Luzzatto as Vice President & General Counsel
Santa Monica, CA, February 22, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The Luzzatto Company, Inc. (TLC), a Santa Monica-based real estate investment firm, announced that Asher Luzzatto has joined the firm as Vice President & General Counsel.
In his new role, Luzzatto will focus on all aspects of TLC operations, including acquisitions, investor relations, asset management, financing, and development. He will also oversee all of TLC’s in-house legal work.

Prior to joining TLC, Mr. Luzzatto was an attorney at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, one of the premiere real estate law firms in the United States. His practice focused on complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of private equity funds and other institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Luzzatto is also the owner and founder of Hyperslow, a wellness complex in Miracle Mile. Mr. Luzzatto has a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School.
