New Trilogy Senior Living Community to Offer Memory Care Services
LOUISVILLE, Ky., August 8, 2019 (Newswire.com) - The Legacy at English Station, a Trilogy senior living community, invites community members to attend its Community Open House on Thursday, August 22 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Legacy at English Station is located at 13700 English Villa Drive in Louisville, Kentucky.
Formerly a Thrive Memory Care Community, The Legacy at English Station is now managed by Trilogy Management Services, manager of Trilogy Health Services, a senior living provider with over 100 locations throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. At The Legacy at English Station, the provider will be offering its brand of groundbreaking and impactful Memory Care services, known as the BFF (Best Friends Forever) Program. Inspired by the Best Friends™ approach to Dementia Care developed by David Troxel, MPH, and Virginia Bell, MSW, the BFF Program encompasses all aspects of life for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Through the BFF Program, caregivers at The Legacy at English Station will complete 12 months of training, during which time they will learn how to honor each resident’s unique life story, fill their days with joy and purpose and provide care that takes into account their needs and abilities.
