The Illumination Foundation Launches Its New Information Portal
Online, August 29, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The Abuseoflaw.Blogspot.com portal is designed to be a voice for small companies that do not have the resources to protect themselves from the fraudsters that navigate this lightly regulated marketplace. It is designed to help expose scammers that intimidate small companies and their officers and directors through the use of malicious prosecution, frivolous lawsuits, shady investment banking and unscrupulous market manipulation, for their own financial gain. One of its many goals is to expose these victimizers and stop this injustice and the egregious theft of market value, perpetrated by these con-artists on small emerging companies and their shareholders.
The Illumination Foundation further announces its intent to be recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It will be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings will inure any private shareholder or individual. Upon acceptance, the Illumination Foundation will begin charitable fund raising, for the purpose of assisting small companies that have fallen victim to lawsuit abusers, financial scammers and cyber-smearing campaigns. It will provide the legal funding to assist in protecting legitimate small public companies and their shareholders. Qualified victims will be required to go through a detailed screening process for approval. Once approved, the Foundation will either assist in building and funding a legal representation team or the victim is currently represented by qualified counsel, the Foundation will fund the legal requirements to ensure the targeted company can properly defend itself.
