The Nonprofit Times Names The Assistance Fund in 2022 Best Nonprofits to Work For

The Assistance Fund (TAF), an independent charitable patient assistance organization that helps patients and families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs, today announced it was named by The Nonprofit Times—the leading business publication for nonprofit managementas one of the nation's best nonprofits to work for. The 2022 Nonprofit Times' Best Nonprofits to Work For list comprises 50 of the county's top nonprofit organizations.

Nonprofits across the United States completed the two-part process to be considered for the 2022 Nonprofit Times' Best Nonprofits to Work For. An employee experience survey accounted for 75% of the evaluation and workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics accounted for 25%. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the ranking.
