Texas de Brazil Culinary Director Teams up with Bloomingdales to Demo Signature Dishes on December 21st 2014

Texas de Brazil’s Culinary Director, Evandro Caregnato, will spice up Bloomingdale’s with his signature seasoned meats and gourmet dishes from the famous Brazilian-American eatery. Guests of the demo and those stopping by while shopping will be able to sample the delectable dishes and receive an on-site discount to dine at the restaurant with family and friends this holiday season. Join Evandro as he speaks on his knowledge and experience on mastering the churrasco style of cooking while growing up in Brazil.
