The launch of this new sample pack comes on the heels of the Texas Department of State Health Services' recent declaration that Delta-8 THC, in any concentration, is a Schedule I controlled substance. In response, Hometown Hero CBD filed for a temporary restraining order against the state. - Hemp is cannabis with a 0.3% or lower concentration of Delta-9 THC by dry weight
- Hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids are federally legal and legal in all 50 states
- All of the cannabinoids in Select Spectrum products are hemp-derived
- The hemp-derived Delta-9 THC does not exceed a 0.3% concentration
