Texas Based Choice Homecare Continues Expansion With Legacy Hospice Acquisition
New locations, expanded services in established markets, and key acquisitions continue to drive growth in 2019
TYLER, Texas, April 2, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Choice Homecare of Texas, LLC ("Choice"), a home health, rehabilitation, and hospice provider based in Tyler, Texas, announced that it has acquired Legacy Hospice. Legacy Hospice is a provider of hospice services with offices in Tyler and Sulphur Springs, Texas. Art Taucher, a founder, owner, and the CFO of Legacy Hospice, will be joining the Choice team and taking a leadership role focused on the continued expansion of the hospice service line for the multifaceted healthcare company.
As a leading provider of home health and hospice services, Choice offers skilled nursing, therapy services, and both physical and spiritual end of life care. The transaction marks Choice’s fifth acquisition since Jan. 1, 2018, and continues the company’s expansion of home health and hospice services across Texas.
