Online, March 22, 2012 (Newswire.com) - MIAMI BEACH, Fla., - Terranova Corp. announces 100 percent occupancy at Sawgrass Center with the most recent addition of Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop. Terranova leasing agent, Andrei Pintilie represented Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop in the 4,800sq. ft. deal for the tenant's second store location at Sawgrass Center in Broward County.

According to Pintilie, Sawgrass Center was the first choice of Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop owner, Alexander Lai, when beginning his real estate search for a second store location. Lai, also expressed his excitement over the lease signing.
