Fish Camp, CA, December 1, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Holiday treats and fireside hibernation are all well and good, but for many, deliciously lazy winter habits start to lose their luster once the calendar flips from 2015 to 2016. Luckily, Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite makes resetting habits simple, luxurious and fun with its third annual Yosemite Wellness & Spa Retreat. From Jan. 15-18, 2016, attendees of this full-spectrum escape will have the opportunity to relax, refresh and set healthy intentions, all with the guidance of leading experts in the fitness, lifestyle and culinary space.
