Technology Platform ChangUr to Launch at Forbes Under 30 Summit

Impact Change LLC to Launch Engagement Platform to Support Philanthropic-Minded Organizations

Impact Change will launch ChangUr, a unique patent-protected technology designed to engage millennials in philanthropy and boost support for charitable causes at the Forbes Under 30 Summit on October 6, 2015 at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Shawn Mendes and Jake Paul among other influencers, will participate in the platform’s launch. Various charitable organizations such as American Cancer Society and Cotton On Foundation will also be present in support of ChangUr.

“The issues we face are complex and we need to get more creative about how we tackle them. ChangUr provides an entirely new way to combat global issues such as poverty, education, and health by empowering millions of people to take small actions that collectively have a tremendous impact,” said Jerry Deifer, Co-Founder and CEO of ChangUr.

ChangUr is the only technology platform launching at the Summit, which brings together 2,000 of the world’s top entrepreneurs.

Randall Lane, Editor of Forbes magazine, said, “We’re excited to have ChangUr launch at the greatest gathering of young leaders, the Under 30 Summit. It’s an innovative platform to financially support charitable organizations - it can tackle global issues in a cutting-edge way.”

ChangUr was created to provide the world’s most connected generation with a window into global challenges, empowering them to take small actions to overcome threats such as disease and natural disasters.

The app enables individuals to round up their digital financial transaction to an amount they specify, donating “digital spare change” to charities of their choice.

By focusing millions of small donations from users across the country onto the world’s most pressing challenges, ChangUr amplifies the impact of each donation.

ChangUr highlights non-profit organizations with a proven track record of integrity, purpose and impact, providing them with an opportunity to scale their fundraising, outreach, mission and vision.

Amit Rikhi, Managing Director, Enterprise Innovation at the American Cancer Society said, “I am very excited to work with ChangUr.  Their unique approach to fundraising in the non-profit sector has the potential to make a tremendous social impact- I’m pumped!”
