Teamup Calendar Adds Unique Features: Scheduler View and File Uploading

The new features meet increasing user demands and make Teamup Calendar stand further apart from other calendar solutions on the market.

Teamup Solutions AG is excited to announce the availability of new features for Teamup Calendar. File Uploading, Scheduler View, API and additional Live Demos add new and improved functionality to the popular group calendaring application – Teamup Calendar.  The new File Upload lets users add images and attach files to calendar events. The new Scheduler View makes scheduling multiple resources such as people and facilities easy. The Team Calendar and Resource Scheduler Live Demos allow users to test drive the new features on working calendars.

"We get a lot of feedback from users around the world who share their painful stories of using Excel to schedule group activities and resources.  From this, the idea of a light-weight scheduler view was born.  We have made the first step in this direction and plan to develop further." said Jenny Zhan, CEO and co-founder of Teamup.

The new File Upload feature allows Teamup Premium users to upload files from a range of popular online sites including Dropbox, Flickr, Google Drive, Instagram and OneDrive to calendar events. It's a great way to add visuals and other documents to events.

"The new function allows Teamup Calendar to become a central place for not only scheduling events but also linking files related to those events such as pictures of delivered goods to reduce disputes, work instructions to help complete tasks, registration forms, meeting agendas and reports,"  said Zhan.
