TCD Pharma Announces €1.5M Equity Investment by ADE Capital Sodical SCR
Online, January 10, 2012 (Newswire.com) - TCD Pharma, a privately held clinical stage biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapies that address unmet medical needs in Oncology, today announced that ADE Capital Sodical SCR ("Sodical"), has joined TCD's current investors Cross Road Biotech, Seguranza F.C.R., and Real de Vellón SCR (the two latter funds are managed by Clave Mayor SGCR) by participating to the amount of €1.5 million in the Company's Series B Extension financing round.
