In the new role, Stephen will lead the strategic operations of the company, strengthening the infrastructure and positioning SURKUS for further growth in the tech sector.
Stephen joins SURKUS after starting his own company, IndiCard, a mobile platform for the service and hospitality industry. His wealth of experience in the tech sector was derived from his role as the head of operations for Groupon, where he was the company’s fifth employee and resided for three years. During his time with Groupon, Stephen was a part of the executive team that took the company public to a highly publicized IPO. He led a global team of several hundred employees in over 50 countries overseeing IT, human resources, and accounting/finance.
