Fantasy Fiction Fans Can Now Be a Character in a New Young Adult Urban Fantasy Novel

Fantasy fiction fans now have the chance to appear as a fictional character themselves with the launch of an exciting campaign. Aimed at readers of supernatural fantasy romance like Cassandra Clare's City Of Bones, The Descent, Book 2 of The Fallen Trilogy by author Beck Robertson will be a must read for enthusiasts of the genre. Indie author Beck Robertson has just launched an exciting new competition, giving readers the chance to be written into his latest book The Descent as a minor character. The book is the the second novel in YA urban fantasy series, The Fallen Trilogy.   Told from the perspective of sixteen year old male protagonist Bailey, the series offers fans of the genre a strong, fresh male voice as well a compelling supernatural storyline.

“I wrote Fallen Heart for fans of the urban fantasy genre, and with The Descent I wanted to go one step further and really give readers the chance to feel part of the world I crafted,” said author, Beck Robertson.

Having studied Angelology as part of his University course on Myths and Legends, Robertson was inspired to create a supernatural fantasy trilogy. The series is centered around the epic romance between Bailey, a fallen angel and his love interest Celeste, a mortal.  Robertson's work is heavily influenced by the myths of angels and demons, catering to fans of Bella Forrest, Amanda Hocking, Stephanie Meyer and other popular authors within the paranormal fantasy and supernatural genres.

The winner of the character contest will be picked on January 2nd and to take part fans should visit http://beckrobertson.weebly.com and sign up to the mailing list. They will then receive an email invitation giving them the chance to enter an exclusive contest that could see them written into The Descent, which will launch in Spring 2017.  Three runners up will receive a bonus short story set in the world of The Fallen Trilogy where they will appear as a minor character.
