Sunny River Management Announces United Medical Imaging, LLC Has Acquired Schuylkill Open MRI, Inc. Dba Schuylkill Medical Imaging
ATLANTA, October 23, 2018 (Newswire.com) - United Medical Imaging, LLC (“UMI”), an emerging, high-growth medical imaging business, has acquired Schuylkill Open MRI, Inc, doing business as Schuylkill Medical Imaging (“SMI”), from Medical Imaging Corp. (OTC: MEDD). UMI is a platform company founded by Sunny River Management (“SRM”), a private investment firmed headquartered in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX.
SMI is a multi-modality medical imaging center located in Pottsville, PA and the first imaging center for UMI. Since the company’s founding in 2001, SMI has grown to offer X-Ray, MRI, and CT imaging across three locations in Schuylkill County. Using state-of-the-art Teleradiology and Radiology Information Systems, Schuylkill Medical Imaging guarantees professional and timely transcribed results.
