Sunil Ramlall Leads Research Initiative on Attorney Turnover

Why do associates of color leave law firms and other organizations?

Twin Cities Diversity in Practice is collaborating with Dr. Sunil Ramlall on identifying trends in associate of color attrition from law firms in the Twin Cities metropolitan area so that we can address those trends in a meaningful way. We will be conducting interviews, either in person, over the phone, or online. The interviews will focus on the conditions surrounding your career change and where you find yourself in your career at the present time.
