Styles Group Fitness Network Introduces FitMenu to Richmond
Online, January 15, 2010 (Newswire.com) - For Immediate Release
(Richmond, VA)- As the New Year begins, countless Richmonders will find themselves hitting the gyms and counting calories once again. Many struggle to enjoy dining out while dieting but this is all about to change, as Whit Styles with Styles Group Fitness Network presents FitMenu to Richmond.
"I'm thrilled at this new initiative," says Styles, who runs a series of local Boot Camps for women. "I often hear how difficult it is for my clients to continue their healthy lifestyle choices when out with friends. My hope is to give them the options they need to enjoy a night out on the town."
FitMenu is the brainchild of Chris McNeil, a fitness professional from Charleston, South Carolina, who saw the need for healthier meal options in local restaurants. McNeil has worked with local restaurants, often directly with the chefs, to highlight menu items that meet such healthy requirements as low fat, low sugar, low sodium, high fiber, high protein and vegetarian.
FitMenu is currently expanding Nationwide and Styles Group Fitness Network is assisting McNeil with bringing it to the Richmond, Virginia, market by developing relationships with local restaurants. FItMenu can currently be found at Three Monkeys, Savor, Europa, Starlite and Kona Grill.
