Students Of The Unusual Creator Set To Meet Fans
Online, July 15, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Haven Distributors, the alternative comic distributor, has invited the creators of Students of the Unusual to be guests at this year's San Diego Comic-Con July 20-24th at Booth #1901. They'll be promoting Students of the Unusual, The Skinvestigator and their new television show "Adventure Chefs."
Terry Cronin of 3 Boys Productions and creator of the critically acclaimed horror adventure comic, Students of the Unusual said, "We can't wait to get back to the San Diego Comic-Con and promote our new books." Fans should be excited about the limited edition hardcover trade collection of Students of the Unusual called "Local Legends and Folklore".
The collectible hardcover trade edition was published by the Brevard Art Museum and is limited to only 300 copies.
"It's nice to be recognized by the art community for the exceptional work our artists have done," said Cronin who is also the author of a new detective series called The Skinvestigator.
Cronin's first novel The Skinvestigator: Tramp Stamp followed the adventures of his dermatologist detective Harry Poe as he sets out to help the Miami police solve a murder involving tattoos, illicit cosmetic surgery, and international politics. Cronin will have advance copies of the newest novel in the series entitled The Skinvestigator: Rash Guard.Cronin has also been invited to a special event by the San Diego Writers Group on Tuesday night 7 pm on July 19th (The night before Comic-Con begins) He will read from the Skinvestigator series and discuss writing with the audience.
