StereoVision Announces Raising Capital for Production Schedule
Las Vegas, NV, June 12, 2015 (Newswire.com) - StereoVision Entertainment Inc. (The Company), a publicly traded Nevada corporation (PINKSHEETS: SVSN), has five movies ready and slated for production with 50% of funding raised in total. The projects range from the following with the flagship being “Three Dimensions of Jerusalem,” which tells the story of three teens, one Christian, one Muslim and one Jewish, best friends living in Jerusalem trying to understand the hate they see each day. Beyond the strong message, the movie will feature a 3D view of the holy city. The second project, which represents The Company’s commercial project is “Gonzos 3 Double D” produced with Baywatch Co-Creator Michael Berk. The third project titled “Kung Fu U” is an anti-bullying film starring Hulk Hogan. The fourth project, titled “Aubrey Blades Gates of Hell,” which revolves around a video game hero is planned to film in Puerto Rico. The fifth project titled “The Secrets of the Lost San Sabas,” stars Willie Nelson in a wild west ghost story, set to film in Texas. Recently, CEO Everett Jolly has been in promising talks with a couple Wall Street capital firms to get the production schedule moving forward.
Beyond seeking capital funding sources for the above noted feature films, The Company will be taking advantage of the new SEC Reg A + changes, utilizing a new marketing and phone center in Phoenix, AZ, speaking directly to investors. With this regulation change, The Company will raise needed capital, in turn allowing for additional projects to enter into production.
