Hertfordshire based St Albans Photography celebrate their first birthday this month and reveal plans for furthering their community projects.
St Albans, Hertfordshire, November 2, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Local business, St Albans Photography are celebrating their first anniversary this month as portrait and event photographers in Hertfordshire. The business has seen a variety of clients throughout their first year, and has had the opportunity to work on several high profile local events including the St Albans and Harpenden Food and Drink Awards, and the St Albans Musical Theatre Company production of Hairspray. The St Albans start-up offers a varied portfolio of photographic services including family and pet portraits, corporate headshots and event photography.
“Having spent nearly a decade working in a corporate environment, taking the plunge and deciding to start my own business was a huge challenge,” says Kristina Muldoon, Principal Photographer and Director. “It was a challenge I embraced. No one day is ever the same, I might be photographing a family in the morning and in the studio with a theatre cast by the afternoon!”
When asked where she saw the business going in the next year, Kristina added “The business has served a variety of clients this year from families to corporate headshots and events. We’ve also given back some time to the local National Animal Welfare Trust by boosting local awareness of the animals in need of new homes. Moving forward we want to strengthen our community projects by raising the profile on our fundraising photography events. These events are structured to provide local schools and charitable organisations with another outlet to raise valuable funding.”
