SQS Launches Next Stage of Industrialised Managed Service (iMS 2.0)

SQS Logo

SQS, the leading end-to-end Quality services provider, has launched its new iMS 2.0 global delivery model. This new delivery model offers an innovative approach for clients that are looking to embed continuous quality into their business processes.

Three years ago, SQS launched the first version of iMS to facilitate digital transformation in their business[1]. The new iMS 2.0 has been developed to offer a high degree of automation and industrialisation and now includes the artificial intelligence “Quality Intelligence Platform” (QiP), offering real-time analysis, interpretation and evaluation of projects. This enables the bundling of standard core services, and yet can also be customised to various client scenarios. Continuous quality is key to business agility, and with this enhanced industrialised managed services approach, iMS 2.0 is now viewed as an industry standard.

iMS 2.0 is built on industry-specific business knowledge specialising in the regulations and market forces specific to each industry. The process knowledge, technical skills, IP and assets coupled with our independent stance provide the objectivity and experience that enables our clients to develop, transform and grow their businesses with confidence.

Diederik Vos, SQS CEO, said: “Companies looking to increase their business agility, speed to market and innovation will benefit from the increased automation of iMS 2.0. It will provide organisations with the efficiency and flexibility required to deliver into the rapidly changing markets. We have combined iMS 2.0 with machine-based learning and artificial intelligence capabilities based on proven standard methodologies and technology platforms. All SQS delivery centres around the world will use iMS 2.0 as the core industrialised delivery model.”
