Spekit Partners on the Salesforce Platform With Geneia and theCodery to Support Healthcare Organizations During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Spekit, the leading in-app knowledge and learning platform, announced today a partnership with Geneia, theCodery and Salesforce to support hospitals and healthcare workers with out-of-the-box, contextual training for Geneia’s Theon® Platform for Care Management (Theon® Care Management).

The Theon® Care Management solution, offered at no cost until Sept. 30, 2020, allows healthcare organizations to easily triage and outreach to patients during this critical time. Powered by Salesforce Health Cloud, it is a “lightweight, tailored solution that leverages critical functionality from the complete version of Theon® Care Management to support healthcare organizations contending with unprecedented call volumes,” said Geneia Chief Product and Client Officer, Lori Logan.

To streamline the onboarding, implementation and training of this new solution, Spekit is offering access to the entire Spekit platform, completely free, for up to 10 users. This will allow teams to get started on the platform in days, not months.

Using Spekit, healthcare organizations can access free, out-of-the-box training and getting started guides directly within the Theon® Care Management solution. In partnership with theCodery, this content has been custom created to help healthcare workers learn and begin seeing value from the solution as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Teams can kickoff with training sequences for fundamental learning. Training is then reinforced, directly within the solution, through help bubbles and the in-app, searchable knowledge base to answer questions instantly.

“It’s never been more essential for healthcare workers on the front lines to efficiently field questions and triage an overwhelming influx of patients,” said Melanie Fellay, CEO and Co-founder of Spekit. “Through this partnership, we’re doing our small part to support these heroes by making it as easy as possible to learn and leverage technology that will boost their capacity to assist patients.”

To access Theon® Care Management customizable training content and the ability to surface this content with the solution itself, healthcare organizations can simply navigate to Spekit to learn more

“Geneia is proud to partner with Spekit for in-app training on the Theon® Platform for Care Management. At times like this, every person and every organization is asked to step up, to contribute what they can to help. By offering free licenses, Theon® Care Management, available for COVID-19 triage and patient management, along with Spekit's training to onboard teams, we hope to support the many healthcare organizations contending with unprecedented call volumes,” said Geneia’s Lori Logan.
