Intinde, a start-up company with its U.S. headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, is targeting millennial graduates, employees and entrepreneurs in its pursuit to teach and motivate this substantial workforce population – all on-demand.

Millennials will constitute 46 percent of the workforce by 2020 according to research from Georgetown University’s Center on Education and the Workforce; however, they are still struggling to find successful employment. As of December 2016, the national unemployment rate remained steady at 4.7 percent, however the unemployment rate for workers age 18-29 was more than double at 11.4 percent.

"Intinde eliminates the preconceived time commitments or financial concerns associated with business coaching and opens these resources for success to each and every modern professional on their own terms."

“The modern workplace, and entry into it, creates its own unique set of challenges for millennials seeking advancement in their career,” said Intinde Founder and Certified Business Coach Angela Civitella. “Intinde works with their clients to break down those barriers and unleash their greatness through direct professional and personal coaching; all of which can be accomplished outside of the typical nine-to-five work day.”

To increase accessibility to certified business coaches, Intinde offers their entire coaching program via online video conferencing using an on-demand scheduling platform. Intinde’s professional career advice is available wherever and whenever it is needed, however, Civitella’s South Florida presence also provides access to in-person coaching in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

“We make resources available that were previously considered out of reach,” continued Civitella. “Intinde eliminates the preconceived time commitments or financial concerns associated with business coaching and opens these resources for success to each and every modern professional on their own terms.”

In addition to high unemployment numbers and a competitive work market, millennials are also dealing with higher tuition and mounting student loan debt. The Institute of Politics at Harvard University estimates 42 percent of millennial graduates are impacted by student loan debt. Which is why Intinde offers a free consultation to begin the coaching process and makes affordability a priority. Thereafter, 90 minute coaching sessions are a flat rate of $250 – nearly $2.75 a minute.

The Intinde program offers two tracks – Executive Coaching and Entrepreneurship Coaching – that aim to enhance leadership, time management skills, and effective team communication, among other goals. Businesses are also able to use Intinde as a tool for their current employees and additional programs are available for group workshops.

“Intinde is an investment that turns dreamers into doers, offering a way forward for millennials who feel stuck in their jobs or are building their own businesses,” Civitella stated. “Our coaches are available in a click of a button to provide trusted guidance whenever you need it to thrive in an uncertain marketplace.”
