Sleep Center Software Company Partners With Sleep AI Company to Accelerate Growth and Versatility
TAMPA, Fla., December 4, 2019 (Newswire.com) - REMware, the developer of the nation’s most comprehensive platform for sleep center operations and associated durable medical equipment, has signed a partnership agreement with artificial intelligence and scoring software company EnsoData. The strategic relationship will enable REMware and EnsoData to accelerate innovation and growth of their products and services in the sleep industry, as well as create greater efficiencies for sleep center operations.
REMware’s platform REM Manager maximizes patient scheduling and improves back end operations, increasing visit volume while saving 50 percent or more on overhead costs. EnsoData’s FDA-cleared solution uses AI and machine learning to analyze and score sleep studies within 5 to 10 minutes, drastically improving a scoring technician’s productivity by up to 75 percent. The strategic relationship between REMware and EnsoData will integrate their respective cloud-based platforms and allow users to automatically enhance overall functionality with no additional installations or user interventions.
“Working closely together was the logical next step since we have shared clients since 2017, all of whom seek to improve productivity and cut costs,” said Arun Ramabadran, CEO of Florida-based REMware. “As a software engineer and previous sleep center owner, I appreciate the flexibility and design of EnsoData’s software and realize what it means to the global sleep center industry. Working together enables our clients to greatly improve the operational efficiency of the process flow end-to-end.”
REM Manager provides enterprise resource planning software that automates the entire back office operation of sleep centers. This integrated ecosystem tracks all management components, including DME, workflow tasks, scheduling, EMR, patient and physician portals, patient communication, smart fax and credit card integration, and billing/claims and collections.
EnsoData’s waveform AI leverages a wealth of archived clinical data to train its proprietary artificial intelligence engine, analyzing complex data streams with speed and accuracy. By improving the efficiency of clinician scoring, sleep centers can repurpose time to increase home sleep testing volume, reduce patient backlog, and ensure that patients receive downstream treatments such as CPAP therapy in a timelier manner. Many clients have seen 200 percent increases in monthly home sleep testing volumes by utilizing the EnsoSleep platform.
“This joint collaboration will enable our technology-driven companies to accelerate innovation in the field of sleep medicine, leading to new developments to transform the delivery of care and enable clinicians to spend more time personalizing patient care and less time on data in a way that improves access, outcomes, satisfaction and costs,” said Chris Fernandez, EnsoData’s CEO.
