David has a variety of litigation experience which began at the Kings County District Attorney's Office as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Major Narcotics Investigation Bureau. David also worked at the New York City Law Department as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel where he defended the city and police officers in federal civil rights lawsuits. David is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, JD 2008, and Arizona State University, BA Political Science 1998. He is admitted to the NY State Bar; US District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
