SIMIO LLC, dedicated to delivering leading-edge solutions for the design, emulation, simulation, and scheduling of complex systems, today announced the release of Simio 10.174.

Simio software is already unlike other simulation and scheduling solutions and today's updates add even more features and operations to the framework's capabilities. "Object functionality has been enhanced greatly in this latest release, making Simio software even better at predicting the future," says David Sturrock, Vice President of Operations at Simio LLC.

"We designed and incorporated features requested by our users, as well as several improvements based on feedback from professional users and our recent Simio Conference."

Simio’s latest version includes several improvements to the Search Step functionality and enhancements to the Batching Process, incorporating suggestions from multiple users. For improved reporting, the Report Statistics property has been unified. A further feature of the new release permits Visio drawings to now be imported into Simio.

The Simio Personal Edition has also been expanded to include Simio Enterprise Planning functionality. This delivers the opportunity for potential users to evaluate the scheduling capability of Simio, as well as its obvious simulation advantages.

All of the newest features of Simio 10.174 are detailed in the full Release Notes which can be found here: https://www.simio.com/resources/release-notes/notes/sprint-174.php.

These updates combine to improve Simio's forecasting ability, allowing for the provision of better answers to "What If" questions. The resulting performance improvement makes Simio Simulation and Scheduling Software even better at helping our users avoid potentially costly mistakes.
