Online, April 17, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The Signature Realty & Management, Inc. Corporate Headquarters in the Mandarin area is providing their owners, vendors, associations and other crucial stakeholders with direct access to the Accounting Department via a new dedicated phone line.

This phone line will encompass Accounting concerns for all four of the company's office locations: at the Beaches Office on Penman Road, the Westside Office off of 103rd Street, the Mandarin Office on Hartley Road and the World Golf Village Office off of Commerce Lake Drive in St. Augustine.

The new Accounting Department line is (904) 268-3977 and is also published on the SignatureRealtyManagement.com website. This phone number will be handled by an onsite staff during regular business operation hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. Voicemail is available for use for after hours calls.

Signature Realty & Management, Inc. created this dedicated line to provide greater access to important account information directly and more conveniently. The Accounting Department supports all of the company's key divisions: residential property management, community association management and real estate sales. As such, the company felt that it was crucial to make it as easy as possible for residents, owners and other relevant parties to access their important and often time sensitive account information.
