Shiv Nadar University Announces Admissions for 2015-16
Uttar Pradesh, India, May 4, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Shiv Nadar University (SNU), a comprehensive, multidisciplinary research university, today announced admissions for Academic Year 2015-16 for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs. The university also announced the graduation of its first undergraduate class and the completion of four years of successful operations.
The University is now inviting applications for its 2015-16 undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs across the Schools of Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Mechanical, Civil and Chemical Engineering), Humanities and Social Sciences (Economics, English, History, Sociology, Communication and Design & Performing Arts), Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Mathematics and Big Data Analytics) and Management and Entrepreneurship (Business Administration). The last date of receiving application forms for undergraduate programs is June 2, 2015 and for postgraduate doctoral programs is May 30, 2015.
The University announced the launch of two new post-graduate programs: Master of Fine Arts in Film & Television Production and a PG Diploma in Theatre for Education and Social Transformation (TEST). With these programs, the University now offers 14 undergraduate degree programs, 12 post graduate programs and 13 doctoral programs.

The University announced the launch of two new post-graduate programs: Master of Fine Arts in Film & Television Production and a PG Diploma in Theatre for Education and Social Transformation (TEST). With these programs, the University now offers 14 undergraduate degree programs, 12 post graduate programs and 13 doctoral programs.
SNU has made an impressive start in terms of student placements. 96% of the students who applied for campus placement have secured positions in top companies including top ranked Indian and global names in ecommerce, engineering, construction, IT services and products, and consulting.
Fourteen students who chose to continue higher studies have secured admissions in Masters and Doctoral programs at some of top international universities, including Ivy League universities like Cornell University, Columbia University and Dartmouth College.
