Shibui Pure Malt 10yr Japanese Whisky Takes Top Score at IWSC 2023
MANHATTAN, N.Y., March 31, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Shibui Whisky Company received another impressive accolade this week when Shibui Pure Malt 10yr old was awarded 96 points, the highest score given to any Japanese Whisky, at the 2023 International Wines & Spirits Competition (IWSC) - one of only two Japanese whiskies to receive such an honor.

Shibui Pure Malt 10yr old is matured in American Oak Ex-Bourbon and European Oak Oloroso Sherry Casks for 10 years before a final finishing maturation in rare Japanese Mizunara Oak Casks. Like all Shibui whiskies, Pure Malt 10yr is natural color and non-chill filtered.
