Shade Sails Direct Introduce Residential Quality Custom Made Shade Sails

In response to customer demand Shade Sails Direct have recently introduced a new range of residential quality custom made shade sails to compliment their standard size products.

Online, June 14, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Shade Sails originated in Australia and are now being distributed worldwide through a network of authorized distributors. The main markets are the USA, Canada and Europe. The shade sails are offered in five standard sizes and four colours:

Premium Quality Right Triangle (90°) shade sail 9' 10" x 13' 1" x 16' 5"
Premium Quality Triangular shade sail 16' 5"
Premium Quality Triangular shade sail 11' 10"
Premium Quality Square shade sail 11' 10"

The colours on offer are porcelain, grey, green and sand.

In addition to the standard size products which are manufactured from 7 ounce material, the company has always offered a custom made option from a professional grade 10 ounce material. The made to measure shade sails have proved to be popular with hotels, restaurants and for use in public outdoor spaces. However, the professional quality sails were significantly more expensive that the standard products and this has limited their take-up by individuals requiring a custom shade for thier terrace or deck. All this has changed with the introdcution of custom shade sails in the standard weight (7 ounce) material.

Marketing manager Dan Murray explains:

"We were receiving a lot of enquiries from private individuals who were very attracted to our shade sail products but who just couldn't make the standard size products fit their particular outside space. We were able to offer the custom sails in professional grade material, but for many people the price of these was just to high and they really didn't need such a high quality product for normal domestic use. Since the introduction of custom sails in the 7 ounce grade we have seen a huge jump in sales - it seems to be exactly what the market required."
