Fort Lauderdale, Fla., March 11, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA), the tri-county’s premiere networking and professional development organization for digital marketing professionals, will host its monthly seminar on Thursday, March 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the IFGA Fishing Hall of Fame Museum. SFIMA will host author and marketer, Lars Petersen, who will speak on best practices in experience marketing for maximizing customer loyalty.
Lars is the co-author of “Connect: How to Use Data and Experience Marketing to Create Lifetime Customers.” He will be discussing the new paradigm of experience marketing; offering tips on how to leverage data, personalization and metrics to connect with customers and humanize brands.
