September 10 Event Will Raise Money for Pro-Business Legislators
BALTIMORE, Md., August 15, 2014 (Newswire.com) - By authority of the Maryland Business Leadership Political Action Committee, George Towle, Treasurer
Maryland placed 34th among 50 states in 2014 economic outlook rankings; to improve the state’s economic competitiveness, the Maryland Business Leadership Political Action Committee invites business leaders statewide to attend a breakfast networking event on Wed., Sept. 10, 2014.
We are so lucky to hear from such an eminent speaker as Jonathan. The breakfast is a unique opportunity for business leaders to refocus on Maryland's regulatory and tax environment as we approach the fall election season - which will be critical in determining Maryland's economic success in the years to come.

Over coffee and breakfast, attendees will have the opportunity to network with top decision-makers, raise money for pro-business legislators, and hear noted author/speaker Jonathan Williams make the case for how Maryland businesses can thrive.
Williams is co-author, with Dr. Art Laffer and Stephen Moore, of Rich States, Poor States. He is also Senior Task Force Director and Tax and Fiscal Policy Director at the Center for State Fiscal Reform at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).
The breakfast will be held from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport, at 1739 W. Nursery Road in Linthicum Heights, Md. Business leaders can reserve a seat online here: http://www.mbrg.org/c/292/register-PAC-breakfast. Early-bird pricing is available until Aug. 27, 2014.
