A comprehensive inspection by state healthcare surveyors revealed zero issues or defects, distinguishing Lakeside At Mallard Landing as a 'deficiency-free' community for 2019.
SALISBURY, Md., August 15, 2019 (Newswire.com) - The Maryland Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has recognized senior living community Lakeside At Mallard Landing for being “deficiency-free” after a comprehensive, unannounced inspection recorded zero issues, problems, or defects.
As part of the survey conducted in August, AHCA personnel reviewed numerous records, policies and procedures, staffing reports and other internal documentation. They also “shadowed” select team members as they performed their operational and patient care duties. AHCA surveyors conducted interviews with residents and family members, visitors, volunteers and the community’s own team of care-givers and lifestyle managers. The thorough inspection indicated the highest level of compliance with state and federal regulations.
