Black Restaurant Week Coming to Atlanta Sept. 2-16, 2018

On Sept. 2-16, 2018, Black Restaurant Week is coming back to Atlanta for the second time. Named Best Bright Idea from Atlanta Magazine, these series of events highlight restaurants, food truck owners, bartenders and chefs with a goal to stimulate growth of African-American-owned and managed culinary businesses and farms in Atlanta, Georgia.

“We are excited to showcase the partnerships we established in the Atlanta Black culinary community last year through our restaurant showcase and series of events. It is also important that culinary professionals have an opportunity to leverage this platform to grow their business throughout the year,” Warren Luckett, Morehouse grad and founder of BRW, stated. “We also look forward to showcasing the multitude of diversity that exists on the food scene with both community staples and hidden gems.”
