SD Events Coaches Guide Professionals Along Career Path

To ensure that associates progress in their professional journeys, SD Events and Promotions leaders provide coaching for new team members and make sure that career paths are designed for each position in the firm.

According to Lexo, the SD Events and Promotions career path starts at day one. Each new hire begins at the entry level, and then between two and four weeks later is promoted to account manager. He or she will stay in this position for four to seven months. Once the skills of this role are mastered, it’s time to move to assistant management for two or three months. After this, it’s a promotion to Director, and the chance to open and run a satellite office, expanding the reach of the firm.
