Scott Weinerth Announces Completion of Master of Science Nurse Anesthesia (MSNA) Degree

Scott Weinerth is proud to announce that he has completed his education and all state-related licensing exams and is therefore prepared to work in the field and provide excellent care to patients.

In order to enter the surgical field and advance his career, Scott Weinerth returned to school to obtain his Master of Science Nurse Anesthesia (MSNA) degree. He is proud to announce that he has completed his education and all state-related licensing exams and is therefore prepared to work in the field and provide excellent care to patients.

The program can be grueling, but Scott Weinerth felt that the hard work he put into his schoolwork was certain to help him reap big benefits.

"Many major illnesses simply cannot be treated without surgical interventions," Scott Weinerth says. "I saw that time and time again when I was working as a hospital nurse, and I always wanted to be involved in helping people to get better. This degree will allow me to do just that, and I'm excited about the opportunities my advanced education will bring."

With an MSNA degree, Scott Weinerth will be capable of explaining the anesthesia process, testing the drugs and administering the prescribed anesthetics. During the surgery itself, he will be responsible for ensuring that the patients respond properly to the anesthesia administered. When the surgery is complete, he will be asked to administer more medications and fluids, and monitor the patient during the recovery process.

"It's a significant amount of responsibility, so it makes sense that the education is so rigorous," Scott Weinerth says. "We have a patient's life in our hands, and we need to ensure that we're doing everything possible to help the process move forward properly. I'm glad that I have such an extensive education to lean on in order to help my patients to succeed. I'm excited about this work, and can't wait to get started."
