Science of Identity Foundation Releases Episode 2 of 'A Journey of Self-Discovery' Featuring Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda

An illuminating multi-part series on the essential nature of you — the self — and your true and eternal position of happiness and bliss.

Following the initial broadcast of “Is Your Body You? Am I More than Just Chemicals?” the Science of Identity Foundation has released a second episode in its A Journey of Self-Discovery series. “Is Your Body You? Evidence of the Un-Changing Self,” and is available for free viewing on official YouTube channel.

In “Is Your Body You? Evidence of the Un-Changing Self,” Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda points to the scientific facts that the physical body is constantly changing and that every molecule that made up our body 10 years ago has now been replaced. In this connection, Jagad Guru details how the fact that we remember events and people from the past, underscores the reality that the living entity or “self” is constant and un-changing.

The profound yoga wisdom shared in this series of lectures from world-renowned yoga spiritual master Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda will shed light on the true nature of the self, and where deep and lasting happiness can be found.
