Schiller International University Hosts 53th Annual Commencement Ceremony With Keynote Speaker Yvonne de Bark

Heidelberg, Germany, June 1, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Schiller International University (SIU), the American University in Heidelberg, is one of the oldest International Business Schools and recognized for being very active in career development. Students are encouraged to accomplish their degree in two continents and four different countries. In addition to the American degree, they can receive a British degree.

To celebrate SIU’s graduation of 51 students from its Heidelberg campus, this year’s commencement ceremony was hosted on May 5th, 2017, at the Molkenkur Hotel Heidelberg. Nearly 200 students and their families from all over the world attended the event.

The graduates, who completed their required coursework during the past year, were presented certificates, diplomas, bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Yvonne de Bark, German actress and motivational speaker, delivered the keynote address at the commencement ceremony. De Bark is an expert in body language and non-verbal communication, and is working as a coach for young professionals. At the ceremony, she shared her knowledge on how to leave a great first impression at a job interview.
